- The X24 mobile application available on Google Play Store
- All digital products, forms, marketing platforms, or communication channels operated by Gigforce
- Any services, tools, or interfaces provided by Gigforce Pvt. Ltd. ("Gigforce", "we", "our", "us")
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

- "Platform" refers to the Gigforce website, X24 mobile app, dashboards, portals, landing pages, and digital systems.

- EV infrastructure installation, maintenance, and project services
- Digital tools and the X24 mobile app for job allocation and tracking
- Lead forms, digital marketing interactions, and customer support
Gigforce reserves the right to:
- Add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service
- Restrict access without prior notice in case of misuse or policy breach
5. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Upload harmful, objectionable, or illegal content
- Interfere with platform functionality or servers
- Use automated scripts, crawlers, or bots
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in misleading advertisements or misrepresentation
Gigforce may monitor usage to ensure security and compliance.
6. Intellectual Property
All:
- Logos
- Designs
- Software
- Text and graphics
- Multimedia
- Proprietary tools
- Training materials
…are the exclusive property of Gigforce Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Payment gateways
- WhatsApp or SMS providers
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Gigforce is not responsible for:
- Their content
- Their actions
- Their privacy practices
Users should review their respective terms independently.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
